KLTC WINTER
Tournament
This is a mixed doubles tournament that runs throughout the winter season (Oct – April).
You will be notified of the deadlines for each round and you arrange the matches between yourselves. Please make sure you are available for the final before signing up. The winners of the first round go through to play for the Trophy the losers have a chance to play for the plate.
The partnerships for this tournament are drawn out of a hat so everyone has a good chance to win and the finals are played near the end of April.
2026
The Winter Tournament concluded with an excellent day of competitive tennis and some closely fought matches.
In the main final, Maria & Filip faced Laura & Rich in a high-quality contest, with Laura & Rich producing a strong performance to take the title.
In the Plate Final Sam & Jimmy played Lewis & Carol in an equally competitive match, with Carol & Lewis coming out on top to win the Plate competition.
Congratulations to all finalists for reaching the closing stages and delivering such entertaining tennis. Thank you to Dave for his organising skills and to everyone who took part and helped make it such a success.

The Winter Tournament Final was contested on the evening of Monday 17th April between Jack and Carolina vs Gabe and Annie. After a 3 set thriller Jack and Carolina triumphed 6-3, 3-6, 6-4.
